CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be courteous and value our time as we value your time. Please give 24hour notification if you need to reschedule. This allows other clients to schedule needed appointments. There is a strict minimum of 50% charge for cancellations less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is a strict 100% no call no show or same day cancelation fee. Some services may require deposit that will go toward your service fee. If service is canceled less than 24 hours notice this fee will be forfeited. There will be a 3% credit and debit card transaction fee. Cash and Venmo are accepted with no fee Clients who arrive more than 15min late may need to reschedule there appointment and will be charged 50% of service price Please DO NOT bring children ( anyone under 18) If there is no other separate adult to supervise your child your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged 50% of scheduled session. Only clients will be allowed in treatment room. Prenatal clients need to contact us directly before booking.
